Four years ago, I attended and wrote on essay for this site which I <a href=\"http:\/\/semitrue.com\/blog\/2002\/07\/05\/the-fourth-rights\/\">re-present here<\/a> as part of my de-archiving project.<\/p>\n<p>Sean Tubbs of the CVille Podcast Network visited and recorded the event yesterday. Below is an excerpt and link to his report:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><\/p>\n<p>There are sixty-nine more Americans in the area around Charlottesville this week. The new citizens took the Oath of Citizenship on the steps of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.monticello.org\/\">Thomas Jefferson&#8217;s Monticello <\/a>on Independence Day. They were welcomed by fellow naturalized citizens <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.christojeanneclaude.net\/\">Christo and Jeanne-Claude<\/a>, the pair responsible for huge public art projects such as The Gates and the wrapping of the Reichstag.
